My Agent Home Rentals

We have recently experienced tremendous growth in the amount of properties that we are managing. As you can imagine, this leaves us with a lot of tenants and property owners to satisfy. We hope that this note can be helpful in ensuring a smooth monthly payment system for all tenants, owners, and our property managers here at My Agent.

We acknowledge that these policies are already followed by many of you, and for that we are very appreciative.

Please be advised of the updated renter payment policy starting August 1st, 2024. New policy changes are as follows:

• Rent paid by the 3rd qualifies for the $100 rent discount, as in the executed lease agreement.

• Rent may be paid online through our renter’s portal, Buildium,  through the 10th. Anything after needs to be paid in person at our office, as the portal will no longer be accessible. If paid after the 3rd, all applicable late fees will be included. We have a 24/7 dropoff box available at our office.

• Partial payments will not be accepted, unless prior discussed and approved by Property Managers. Tenants are responsible for communicating if they are unable to pay on time.

• If payments made on Buildium “reverse”, payment must be brought to our office with late fees included.

• Rent not paid by the 10th will result in a file for eviction. Tenants will be responsible for court costs and attorney fees.
